Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the clothing is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
